Recent news reports that children as young as four years

old are reaching sexual puberty.  Why?

According to the American Journal of Pediatrics children as young

as 7 years old are entering purberty.

    Though many say they don’t know the exact reasons, I would like to suggest some

 factors which may play a role.

Recently, a San Francisco federal judge ruled California’s marriage amendment unconstitutional.  In part he denies the role of faith in public life. The fact is, our nation was founded on biblical, moral values expressly set forth in the Cornerstone of our nation i.e. The Declaration of Independence.

Political/Judicial Tyranny: Recent news reports question if this judge is homosexual? Is he biased?  Has the Constitution and judicial process be subverted?

7 Million Californians voted for traditional marriage yet one judge tears it down. California governor and Attorney General did not uphold their duty to defend Prop 8.They don’t want to wait for the appeals process.How reprehensible.

Arizonans will be grateful for some extra help from the National Guard, starting Sunday, in protecting the border and fighting drug violence — especially now that a federal judge has blocked key parts of their recent illegal-immigration law. But there’s a more pressing border issue that goes beyond Arizona: the alliance between drug cartels and groups that aim to smuggle terrorists into our country through the Mexican border.

Last week’s detonation along the Texas-Mexico border of an Improvised Explosive Device similar to those used in Iraq and Afghanistan strongly suggests that Hezbollah is working with the drug cartels — and that America is unsafe. Law-enforcement officials and intelligence analysts believe that terrorist groups like al Qaeda have been working with such gangs as the ruthless MS-13 to smuggle terrorists into America.

                                                 Human Trafficking in America

There is much debate about the immigration issue.  Most of the debate is about the decent people wanting a better life.

The other part of the debate is simply enforcing the law.  Yet another is the controversy about the new Arizona law of which California has a similar law yet Los Angeles issues a boycott of Arizona.

Still yet, there is the national securitythreat presented by the illegal immigration, terrorist connection, and the drug cartels.

There are aspects that are ignored:  Human trafficking, Terrorism, Victimization of Women

1.  Human trafficking and the DrugCartels:    Human trafficking of women and children for the purpose of sexual exploitation is now involving the illegaldrug cartels.  Why?  It is the biggest money maker next to illegaldrugs.

Voting:  God’s Mandate

In God’s eyes every Christian votes in every election.  Either by the ballot or by silence.  If by silence moral values are withheld giving greater weight to those in opposition.

Abortion, Declaration of Independence and the Constitution

Declaration of Independence and Constitution

    Since the God, the Benefactor of our civil rights, declares that a child is a person “endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights…”, we need examine which constitutional rights are violated when a child is aborted.

 A. Declaration of Independence:  A child is “…endowed by their creator

with certain unalienable rights, among them life, liberty and the pursuit ofhappiness…”.  Thus abortion denies the child this most basic of their God-given rights.

 B.  6th Amendment in essence states that “…the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial…to be confronted with the witnesses against him, to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor…”

     Abortion imposes the penalty for a capital crime upon an unborn child.  In so doing the child is brutally executed without charge and without the protections this amendment affords. 

 C. 8th Amendment:  This guarantees protection  against “…cruel and unusual punishments…”

First, the child is not guilty of anything worthy of punishment. 

Secondly, the unwarranted punishment of abortion is, by it’s nature “cruel and unusual”.      Nowhere in America is the death penalty imposed by dismemberment in tearing the person apart until dead. Nowhere in America is the death penalty imposed which burns a person to death. 

     Abortion is an execution worse than that given to mass murderers.  Yea, many convicted murderers are permitted to live. Not so with an unborn child whose is guilty of nothing more than being alive.

  D. 14th Amendment

This amendment guarantees the protection of due process.

     “…No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the  privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States, nor shall any  state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process  of law, nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

     To destroy an unborn child is a clear denial of their right to “due process” and, contrary to the provisions of this amendment abortion is a denial of the unborn child’s right to “…equal protection of the laws.” which includes the protection of “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”, the core of our national and individual existence.

Roe v. Wade:  A Threat to Senior Citizens?

Social Security

Presently there is an estimated two working people for every one person on social security. 

In the 1950′s there were thirty-five workers for every person on social security.

Since the Roe v. Wade ruling, abortion has denied America the productivity of nearly 20 million tax paying, social security contributing citizens.

Now the Social Security fund is under greater threat with diminishing contributors and increasing number of beneficiaries.  How soon will the well run dry?  A national catastrophy looms.

The Unborn Now, the Aged and Infirm Next?

Several years ago a politician said that “old people have a duty to die and get out of the way.”  People were outraged and he lost the election.  People thought it unthinkable to say such an insensitive and callous thing.

     However, Roe v. Wade via abortion on demand has devalued human life replacing moral absolutes with secular humanism/atheism.  Thus, declaring man as the final authority of life and death.  The unthinkable is becoming thinkable.

     For example, in China there is the “one child” policy.  Guess what happens if a woman is pregnant with the second child.

     Secular humanism/atheism has the inherent objective (whether admitted or not) of survival and benefit of the elitist “haves.” 

     Before the fall of the Soviet Union I went to Russia in winter.  The wind chill factor was 80 below zero. 

     I was shocked to see an elderly woman (about 60-70 years of age) shoveling snow from the city streets into a government dump truck. 

     In 1973 the nation devalued the life of helpless, unborn children.  This devaluation will and is spreading like a cancer threatening the elderly and infirm.

     If the American culture continues the way of secular humanism will there be a belief that the elderly and infirm “have a duty to die and get out of the way”?   No one will be exempt.

SPIRITUAL DYNAMIC TO HUMAN EXISTENCE
Human life and government consist of a spiritual dynamic. The founding fathers of the nation understood this and submitted their intent and actions to “…the Supreme Judge of the world…”. (Declaration of Independence).

This “Supreme Judge” is the benefactor of our human rights. “…we are endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights…”. (Declaration of Independence). Consequently, when discussing abortion we need to address the spiritual dynamic and it’s impact.

Cain and Abel: God Hears the Voice of Innocent Blood
The Bible says that Abel’s blood cried out to God. God cursed Cain for killing his brother. If God heard the voice of one family member’s blood, how loud is the cry of the blood of 40 million aborted babies? What judgment awaits a nation in which this atrocity is continues. What judgment awaits a Church which does nothing?

God Indwells the Womb of a Pregnant Woman
In Jeremiah 1:5 God spoke saying “…before I formed you in the womb
I knew you…”
Since God is forming the baby in the womb, where is His
presence? Obviously in the womb. Therefore what does God experience when a baby is ripped from His “arms” as He is forming the child?

The Temple Made with Stone by Human Hands—The Temple Made by God In Whom His Spirit Dwells.
When Jesus threw the money changers out of the temple he got
demonstrably angry. (John 2:14,15). Question: If He became so angry at those who defiled the temple made of stones by the hand of man, how great is His wrath against a nation who destroys His living temples made in His image and in whom the He breathes life?

Jesus Himself Experiences Every Abortion
Jesus said “…I was hungry and you fed me..naked and you clothed
me…”
and the people asked when they saw Him hungry or naked, etc. He said   “insomuch as you have done it (or not done it) to the least of these my brethren you have done it to me.” Matthew 25:33-end

Based on this principle can we hear Him say “I was being aborted and you helped me” (or didn’t help me?).

 What does Jesus say to a Church for whom He had his body mutilated when that Church does nothing? Can we hear Christ ask: “Wasn’t once enough?”

Abortion is not a 20th century atrocity. As far back as the first century A.D. abortions were practiced. Likewise the Church profoundly spoke out against this infanticide.

Spiritual Consequences Impact the Life of Human Existence
The “Supreme Judge of the world” looks upon abortion as an act of murder and devil worship. Such spiritually rebellious and deviant behavior takes an individual and nation outside the protection of the Benefactor of our civil rights. Thus, our individual and national existence is threatened.

The Supreme Judge of the World, as understood by the founding fathers, has standards of moral behavior. Violation of those standards have consequences. Adherence to those standards bring prosperity and blessing. Such is the spiritual dynamic to the abortion issue.

Illegal Immigration

I am the son of Lebanese immigrants.  Some relatives could not get in and had to go to South America and many went to Mexico.  The Hispanic people are some of the most religious, hard working and honorable people I’ve known.  

Lawless immigration is not about the people.  It’s about protecting the nation.  The blame for the immigration, to a great degree rests with Mexico.  Would the Hispanics come to America if their economilc life was better in Mexico?

We present many conferences on human trafficking with important speakers.  We have been informed that many of the young girls coming across the boarder are being lured into pornography because of their poverty.  Other girls are raped by the traffickers.  Many human trafficking victims are brought into the U.S. through Mexico because the border is so porous.  Terrorists are assuming Hispanic names and coming through the boarder

The immigration issue is NOT just about people wanting a better life.   It’s about protecting America.  It’s about protecting those Hispanic immigrants who want a better life.  Ignoring and not protecting the border threatens the immigrants and America.

In light of the recent passage of the Arizona law regarding identification and the recent confirmation of the Los Angeles Police Department’s SPECIALORDER 40, I find it important to re-release  a position statement regarding SPECIALORDER 40 which was originally distributed in 2004.

9-18-04 TO: Members of the Los Angeles Task Force on Human Trafficking and Child Prostitution
Los Angeles Police Commission
Los Angeles City Council   As a result of a motion by Councilman Cardenas and passed by the City Council, the Commission on the Status of Women was directed to form a task force regarding the subject of human trafficking and child prostitution.

As a member of this Task Force I was made aware of an LAPD policy which gives me great concern as it potentially and negatively affects local and national security, That policy is: “…not to ask about legal status unless reasonable grounds exist…”

In a recent Time Magazine issue the problem of “porous borders” is of the most severe threat to our security.

to enter the U.S. especially since tighter controls have been imposed at airports.”

Consequently, this “policy” is very concerning for several reasons:

1. The policy leaves a door open to infiltration by terrorists crossing a porous border from Mexico.
 
 

 

2. Terrorists may be using illegals to unknowingly transport explosives/destructive devices (even nuclear) or even duping the illegals to become unknowing suicide bombers. Consider that the illegals coming to America have no documentation and no trace from where they come. If they aren’t duped then they may be forced by threats against themselves or their families.

How vulnerable would be the illegals just trying to seek work if they were paid by the terrorists to transport the deadly cargo (unknown to them) and even receive payment for, unknown to them, the suicide mission? Terrorists have the money. The illegals are looking for pay of only dollars per day. How tempting of an offer could the terrorists make?

We do well to keep in mind that some of the 911 hijackers were not aware they were on a suicide mission.

past year…Who are these new arrivals? While the vast majority are
Mexicans, a small but sharply growing number come from other
countries including those with large populations hostile to the U.S.”

3. It is very easy for terrorists from other countries to blend with the traditional illegals from Mexico because the physiological characteristics of extremists/terrorists are similar to the traditional profile of the illegal (although now they most likely are trying to recruit those of a different profile). Nevertheless, it would be easy for them to blend in with the illegal population crossing the border or being the coyote or the destination recipients of the illegals.

Possible scenario: An illegal is strapped with an explosive (powerful bombs can be very small to wear). The illegal is given a story that either makes them willing to carry the package whether it is worn as a vest or carry a package/present into a public place with high intensity of people e.g mall at Christmas. This explosive can be remotely detonated. If they detonate, the illegal has no trace. To the terrorists, no loss. If the illegal is caught and the bomb disarmed (unlikely if they are planning to remotely detonate) there is no trail to the terrorists because the illegal is on a “one way trip” and the terrorists did not give correct names to the illegals, etc.

(Recently, airport security has announced that more intense screening of outer clothing will be conducted.)

4. Human trafficking is, in great part, inventoried via illegals. For the officers on the street to pass by an opportunity to question and investigate a possible illegal potentially exacerbates the problem of trafficking as well as the threat to our local and national security. 

Everytime I have been stopped by a patrol officer while driving, he always asked for my identification. 5. Trafficking of women and children for commercial and/or private sexual exploitation is being revealed for what it is i.e. insidious enslavement (regardless of the means). Consequently, the necessity to “free the LAPD” is paramount to reasons previously presented that precipitated the policy of not inquiring about legal status.

6. I am confident that there are other policies that are “handcuffing” not only LAPD but a variety of law enforcement agencies.   I suggest a review of these related policies. That they be changed or eliminated. We need to focus on the two primary concerns i.e. trafficking and victimization of women and children as well as the great concern of domestic/national security.
